Arpillera que muestra una cancha de tenis, con dos personajes uno viste con el NO y el otro con el Si. Los acompaña una mujer con un cartel que dice ¡Viva! Por fin gano el NO. Posee mensaje cosido al reverso que explica su contenido. "Triunfo del NO: Representado por una cancha de tenis donde triunfa el No sobre el SI. Para la gente de gobierno, el plebiscito fue para distraer a la población y no le dio la importancia al descontento”.
