Mural fue pintado en el muro del cuartel de policía de Utrecht con autorización del Alcalde y Concejales de la ciudad. Fue realizado por una brigada de artistas chilenos exiliados. El mural fue destruido y recompuesto unas 4 veces. ¡Es la prueba de que la solidaridad de la población de Utrecht con la lucha del Pueblo Chileno por recuperar la democracia, no se puede destruir! Lo que se recaude ira en apoyo a la resistencia chilena. ¡Apoye el Fondo de Lucha de Chile!
