En las primeras páginas se informa de la creación de dos organismos de solidaridad con Chile: el Comité Nacional Belga y la Comisión de Juristas por Chile. El primer organismo se pronuncia en contra del régimen militar de Pinochet y tiene por objetivo ayudar a los refugiados y prisioneros políticos de Chile. El segundo constituye una agrupación de juristas para ayudar en materia legal al Comité Nacional Belga y a los refugiados chilenos en territorio belga.
