Banderín pentagonal de tela blanca que dice "Chile" en letras de color rojo y "FPMR" en color azul con borde rojo, bajo estas siglas dice "Frente patriótico Manuel Rodríguez". El banderín tiene un cartón de base entre las telas, y en el borde tiene cosido un cordel en colores rojo y blanco. Aparte tiene un corde para poder colgarlo y una borla en el medio.
