Barretín que ocultaba una proclama manuscrita firmada por 8 ex oficiales de la Fuerza Área, detenidos en la ex Cárcel Pública de Santiago, en la celda N°11, oculta desde marzo de 1974. El manuscrito fue enrollado dentro de una lata de cigarros Balmoral y esta a su vez fue introducida en un envoltorio hecho con una lámina de cobre.
