Tallado en madera de la torre del reloj de Pisagua, confeccionado por Germán Elidio Palominos Lamas durante su reclusión en el campamento de prisioneros de Pisagua. El tallado fue efectuado con vidrios por la víctima quien fue sentenciado a muerte y ejecutado el 1° de diciembre de 1973.
