Este artículo evalúa el cambio en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema de Chile hacia la rendición de cuentas por los crímenes cometidos durante la dictadura y lo sitúa en el contexto del cambio de la reforma judicial y política. La experiencia de Chile ha sido identificada como emblemática por la lentitud en la aplicación de justicia debido al alcance limitado e inestabilidad en la toma de decisiones de la Corte Suprema.
