Constituída por familiares y amigos de aquellos chilenos que fueron asesinados por la dictadura entre los años 1973 y 1990 Inicialmente los familiares de ejecutados políticos participaron en la AFDD hasta que la especificidad de su problemática les motivó crear su propia agrupación en noviembre 1978. Elaboraron un listado de todos los ejecutados políticos, un importante documento de denuncia.
