Se ha instruido este sumario a fin de investigar los delitos de tenencia ilegal de armas, infringir lo dispuesto en el bando 32 de la Junta de Gobierno, distribuir panfletos subversivos después del 11 de septiembre, formar grupos para-militares y ofender a las Fuerzas Armadas. Se confirma la pena impuesta a Orlando Farías Farías, Carlos Figueroa Henríquez, Juan Manuel Barahona Pinto, Sergio Leiva Gómez, Matilde Acevedo Rivero, Luis Carrasco Zamorano, Mariella Bacciarini Inostroza, Olga Letelier Garuz, Ana Becerra Arce, Juan Vargas Chávez, Arturo Matus Sepúlveda, Luis Becerra Jeria, Wladimir Yáñez Ureta, Luis Vidal Céspedes, Juan Rodríguez Silva, Arturo Farías Vargas, Héctor Farías Silva.
